cAPPisco is a video-based Remote Simultaneous Interpretation platform that connects conference interpreters to their listeners, both in online and on-site events. It is a cloudbased side-by-side platform it is an online platform with an accompanying listening app that listeners can download on theirs tablets and smartphones. The application was developed and is marketed and offered by BV Idem Dito, an interpreting agency based in Belgium, offering interpreting and other language services. As an interpreting agency, the company provides interpreting services and facilitates the organization of multilingual meetings, which can be either online or on-site, by offering, among other things, both physical equipment and virtual solutions, to conference interpreters, business partners of all kinds and end customers.
This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses personal data we collect from you when you use our websites www.idemdito.com and www.cappisco.com as well as our interpreting platform cAPPisco.
What data do we collect?
BV Idem Dito collects personal identification information (name, email address, phone number etc.) We also gather the following information:
- your system login credentials (cAPPisco)
- the information about planned events (cAPPisco)
- your areas of interest
- information as to the type of relationship that exists between us and yourself
How do wel collect your data?
You directly provide BV Idem Dito (or via cAPPisco) with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for anu of our products or services
- Voluntary complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards, social media or via email.

- Use cAPPisco as an interpreter
